From time to time, people set up fake social media pages, websites, emails or text messages that use our name, logo or photographs to appear genuine. They may offer prizes, gift vouchers, discounted stock, or jobs that do not exist, in order to collect personal information or payments.

Common signs of a scam.
If a message shows any of these signs, treat it as a scam and do not respond.
- A page or website using our name or logo that is not listed above
- An offer of free products, gift cards or prizes in return for your personal details
- A request to pay a "delivery fee" or "release fee" for something you did not order
- A job offer or interview arranged only through social media or messaging apps
- A request to share, like or comment on a page in order to claim a prize
- An email claiming our bank account has changed — always verify by phoning the branch on a number from this website
- Pressure to act immediately, or to keep the matter confidential
