How it works.
Being approved as a trade customer gets you trade pricing. A credit account — buying now and paying later against a purchase order — is a second approval with its own checks.
| Trade customer | Trade customer with credit | |
|---|---|---|
| Prices shown | Excluding GST | Excluding GST |
| How you pay | Bank transfer, or pay at the branch | The above, plus on account |
| Purchase order | Optional | Required on every order |
| Approved by | Branch manager | Finance, after a credit check |
Before you start.
| Registered company name | Exactly as it appears on your IPA registration — this becomes your invoice name |
| IPA registration number | Required |
| TIN | Required for tax invoices |
| GST registration number | If you are registered |
| Type of business | Building contractor · Government · Reseller · Other |
| Contact person and position | Who we deal with day to day |
| Main branch | Where you will usually buy |
| If you are applying for credit | Credit limit you are asking for, two trade references, your bank, and copies of your IPA and TIN certificates |
Credit limits and payment terms are set and monitored in our accounting system, not on the website. The website shows you what has been approved — it never approves anything by itself.
